Do you just operate on a seasonal basis?

No, ConneXions provides a 24/7, 365 day a year service with no exceptions

Are you just an Airport only service?

Whilst the vast majority of our journeys either start or finish at the Airport, we are able to           cater for other destinations, for example transfers to Ski resorts and excursions to places           of interest such as National & State Parks or Corporate & Special events.

Can you provide door to door service?

Yes all of our services will take you to the exact location you require

Will I have to wait a long time at the airport for my shuttle to arrive?

No, once you have notified us that you are ready for pick-up, it will take your driver less             than 10 minutes to arrive at your assigned pick-up location, although in most cases your           driver will be ready and waiting for you.

What about payment?

You can pay in advance, or you can pay at the time of the journey by cash or card. All of           our drivers are equipped with "Square" so can take most credit/debit card payments on           the spot.

What sort of vehicles do you have?

Our fleet consists of very spacious and comfortable AWD 6 passenger Toyota Sienna mini-       vans.

What is the policy on gratuities?

Gratuities are entirely at the customer's discretion, however most people usually tip                   between 15-20% of the fare.

Are the pick-up times on a set schedule?

No, you get to choose a pick-up time that is convenient for you

 

Will I have to share with others?

No, all our shuttles operate on a Private Shuttle basis which means that the service is                  dedicated to just you and your party, so there are no additional stops or pick-ups. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather or traffic conditions you may be asked to share with another passenger in which case a suitable discount will be given.

 

How far in advance should I arrive at the airport to catch my flight?

For domestic departures we recommend being at the airport at least 1 1/2 hours prior              to your flight departure and for international flights we recommend up to 3 hours in                  advance.

 

How much luggage am I allowed? What about Skis, Wheelchairs etc?

We anticipate that most passengers will travel with 1 large case and a carry on piece of              luggage, so if you have extra luggage (especially skis, wheelchairs etc.) please let us                  know in advance. We can then make sure the right shuttle(s) van are provided.

We are here on vacation and need to stop for groceries, can you accommodate this?

Yes, we allow additional stops for shopping etc. In such circumstances a waiting charge will be levied (please see our rates page for details).

Can you children's car & booster seats where needed?

Yes, we offer both seats free of charge, but we do need to be advised in advance. It is               illegal in Utah to carry a child who should be in a child or booster seat in a normal seat.
